Prize Promotion Notice
1. This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the Klarna Presents Latitude Festival and Klarna Giveaway (the “Prize Promotion”) (opening Friday 4th July, 2025 at 9am and closing Thursday 10th July, 2025 at 11.59pm, which is being run by Festival Republic Limited (“our”, "us" and "we").
For the avoidance of doubt, Klarna Financial Services UK Limited and each of its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives and employees (“Klarna”) is not the promoter of this Prize Promotion and will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising out of or in connection with participation in this Prize Promotion or any Prize awarded, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law or in respect of the delivery of the Prize.

3. The Prize Promotion is being run across our Klarna Presents Latitude Festival Socials (Instagram and Facebook) and Festival Republic Limited prize draw entry page.
4. To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
a) resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland;
b) able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
c) at least 18 years old; and
d) subscribe to Klarna’s marketing communications on the prize draw entry page.
5. To enter the Prize Promotion, participants need to enter through the dedicated prize draw entry page at https://livenation.jebbit.com/wbxwyhil?L=Full+Page. Participants will be required to complete the prize draw entry form with their full name and email address, and confirm their age. Internet access and an email address are required to enter the Prize Promotion.
6. The Prize Promotion will commence on Tuesday 1st July, 2025 at 9am and will close Thursday 10th July, 2025 at 11.59pm.
7. The “Prize” is 2x Guest Weekend Camping tickets to Klarna Presents Latitude Festival 2025.
Please note, the Prize does not include the cost of: accommodation or equipment, food or drink on site, or any on-site services outside of the Prize itself.

8. There are 10 (ten) Prizes available.
9. There will be 10 (ten) Winners in total.
10. If you are the winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be emailed within 24 hours of the Prize Promotion closing and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 2 days, we reserve the right to select a different Winner.
11. Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.

13. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and
the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Terms & Conditions, the terms of
this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
14. Further to clause 11.1 of our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms and Conditions, consumers in Scotland and Northern Ireland may additionally bring an action in their home courts.
